About the Role:

As an LPN at Bainbridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in our interdisciplinary care team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our patients, including administering medications, performing routine vital signs, and documenting patient information. You will also work closely with our healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Perform routine vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Document patient information, including medical histories, medication lists, and treatment plans
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
