Job Description
Step into a night where production never sleeps

When the line hums at 9:00 PM, you’re the steady hand that keeps it running. You start your shift with a quick walk-through, listening for changes in pitch, scanning panels, and planning your preventive maintenance hits. A work order pings—within minutes you’re troubleshooting a filler, checking sensors with a meter, and documenting the fix with clear notes. Between calls, you grease, oil, and clean according to schedule, communicate parts needs to the Foreman/Lead, and flag any early signs of failure so production never misses a beat.
