Job Summary:
The LPN will provide clinical support in an occupational health/clinic setting. Responsibilities include assisting with routine patient care, supporting health screenings and examinations, documenting patient information, and helping maintain a safe and efficient clinical environment.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assist with pre-employment and occupational health exams

• Obtain and document vital signs and patient histories

• Support staff with clinic procedures and diagnostic testing

• Administer immunizations and routine treatments as directed

• Review and document patient information accurately

• Assist with employee health screenings, including respirator clearance and audiometric-related paperwork as assigned

• Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and clinical organization

• Provide general support to nursing and medical staff

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in good standing

• Ability to work Monday–Friday schedule 8a-4p
