We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. About the Role:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital signs, and medication administration

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and activities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, families, and caregivers

• Participate in facility-wide initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and employee engagement

Responsibilities:

• Assist with resident transfers, ambulation, and mobility exercises

• Provide wound care, ostomy care, and other specialized care as needed

• Assist with mealtime, including feeding, hydration, and mobility

• Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control protocols and following facility policies

• Respond to emergency situations and call for assistance when needed
