Job Summary:

Grand Villa Assisted Living is seeking a skilled and compassionate Med Tech (2nd Shift) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and promoting a positive and supportive environment for our residents. Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation

• Perform ECGs, pulse oximetry, and other basic life support skills as needed

• Assist with respiratory therapy, including oxygen therapy and non-invasive ventilation

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA certification preferred

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and basic computer skills
