About the Role:

As an Admissions Director, you will be responsible for screening potential admissions from the hospital, home, or other healthcare settings to our skilled nursing facility and ensuring a smooth transition for our residents. Your duties will include:

• Conducting tours of our facility, meeting with families and potential residents, and hosting marketing/sales events

• Initiating insurance authorizations, verifying benefits, and collecting payments from residents and families

• Coordinating public aid applications and managing stays within each payor source, including Medicare

• Maintaining confidentiality of resident information, representing the facility to hospitals, senior communities, and insurance/payor sources
