Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Restorative Nurse to provide high-quality care to our patients in a rehabilitation setting. The successful candidate will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting patient independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct restorative nursing assessments, develop, and implement individualized care plans to promote patient independence and well-being

• Administer injections, medications, and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Provide wound care and prevention services to patients with impaired skin integrity

• Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques, medication management, and disease prevention

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

Requirements:

• Restorative Nurse LPN/RN with a current Alabama nursing license

• 2 years of experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
