• Welcome and assist every guest that you interact with
• Answers phone and takes orders using proper Pasta Express etiquette
• Offer “up-sells” to every guest as they order 
• Ensure cleanliness of work areas including:  Register Counter, Drink Stations, Expo Stations, Drive-thru areas, Dining Areas, Bathrooms, and Banquet facilities.
• Arrive for work with a clean and laundered uniform
• Lift objects that may weigh more than ten pounds.  If you need help ask for it.  Do not attempt to lift any item over thirty-five pounds.
• Work around food.  (If you have any allergies to foods please alert your manager)
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment for yourself and your co-workers
• Follow proper cash handling guidelines – you are responsible for any overage/shortage in the cash drawer
• Ensure orders are properly completed and to the guest’s expectation
• Understand the importance of safety when handling all chemicals.
• Understand the proper way to clean and sanitize all items of the restaurant
• Understand the importance of safety in the kitchen at all times
• Understand the importance of a team mentality
• Understand and be able to setup equipment for caterings/banquets
• Understand how to multi-task 
• Understand the proper steps of service for a full service assignment and for banquets
• Know the regulations/laws for alcohol 
• Know the importance of efficiency and ticket times
• Know every ingredient in our dishes to prevent any possible food allergies reactions from occurring
• Be Personable and not robotic in your actions.  Remember they are a guest in our house.  Treat them just as you would family that is important to you.
