Line Cook - Now Hiring

Job Summary
We're looking for a Line Cook who can prepare high-quality dishes consistently, work well under pressure during rushes, and take pride in maintaining a clean, organized station. This role is key to keeping our kitchen running smoothly and our food quality consistent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized station throughout each shift
• Follow proper food safety and handling procedures at all times
• Monitor food quality and freshness; rotate stock using FIFO (first in, first out)
• Communicate clearly with other cooks, expo, and servers during service
• Assist with inventory counts and notify management of low stock
• Break down and clean station at the end of shift
• Follow portion and waste control guidelines to help manage food costs

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Own a personal vehicle
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Drug screening
