Industrial Janitor - Now Hiring

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking an Industrial Janitor to join their team. As an Industrial Janitor, you will be part of the maintenance support team, ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for all staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Janitor

Location: Middletown, DE

Pay Range: $17.5

Shift: 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am; must be flexible to work any shift. 2-2-3-2 rotation.

What's the Job?

• Maintain cleanliness of buildings by keeping them in a clean and orderly condition.
• Remove debris from production areas and sanitize workspaces to ensure safety and hygiene.
• Disinfect commonly used areas to prevent contamination and promote health standards.
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly to maintain a tidy environment.
• Notify management regarding repairs, maintenance needs, and inventory supplies.

What's Needed?

• Experience in material handling, janitorial, or cleaning roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Reliable and proactive attitude with good communication skills.
