What will you be doing?

• Answering calls related to Florida scholarships and grants
• Document information in database

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude
• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Experience working with customer support a plus
