Certified Prosthetist and Orthotist

We are seeking a high performing CPO (Certified Prosthetist-Orthotist) to join a strong and patient-centric team with O&P clinics in multiple states across the US. All of our CPOs provide high quality care to patients with partial or total lost/absence of a limb and are highly skilled. Further, they have a strong desire to build positive and caring relationships with each patient while providing excellent clinical care. Our CPOs also work closely with our internal business development and administrative teams to ensure a high level of satisfaction from our patients, referring providers, therapists, payors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Provide first-rate custom care to each and every patient.

- Build positive relationships with referring providers.

- Oversee clinic staff to ensure the team works together in a positive way and is highly focused on excellence in care for each patient.

Required Skills & Abilities:

- Active CPO credentials in good standing with ABC

- The ability to deliver the right device to each patient that meets their unique needs (i.e. can fit a great socket that is comfortable and creates maximum patient mobility function)

- Excellent people skills (patients, providers, employees, etc.)

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

- Effective organizational, time management, and planning skills

- Knowledge of OPIE software is a plus
