- Monitor office metrics, scheduling productivity, and financial performance.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and practice standards.
- Foster a welcoming, positive, and team-driven environment.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of dental office management experience preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of dental software systems and insurance processes.
- CPR/BLS certification preferred.
