Patient Service Rep

As a Medical Equipment Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for efficient and friendly delivery service and equipment training to customers in their home, as well as being responsible for safeguarding company assets while in your care. Our drivers are the "face of Alpine Home Medical" to our customers, clients, and care facilities, so exceptions customer service skills are an essential aspect of this role.Alpine Home Medical is honored to be one of Utah's premier Durable Medical Equipment providers and a proud recipient of Utah's Best in State award. We want our customers to receive the best experience we can offer; and our Medical Equipment Delivery Drivers play an incredibly important role in achieving that.This role does have a required rotational on-call aspect as well.What You'll Do in This Role:Providing an exceptional customer experience by ensuring the customer is always the priorityDelivering home medical equipment, and picking up equipment in a timely mannerEducating customers on the use of home medical equipmentDriving safely and defensively, making sure to obey all traffic lawsCleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining rental equipmentMaintaining the cleanliness of warehouse and delivery vehicleResponsible for observing confidentiality at all timesAdhering to all company policyPerforming these and other functions as directed by managementWhat We'll Need from You: Clean driving recordStrong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate and share information with a diverse group of customers and peersMechanical and technical skills desiredA resourceful self-starter able to adapt quickly to changing prioritiesWorks well independently, as well as part of a teamBe a cooperative team member with a positive attitudeAbility to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, Monday through SaturdayAbility to respond to customer questions and concerns with a friendly, committed attitude A High school diploma or a G.E.D.Physical Requirements:Reaching, crouching, kneeling, and stoopingFrequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including POS system and ability to process register transactionsFrequently lift/move up to 65lbs
