Retail Store Manager

The Role 

The Store Manager owns the full operation of the store, including the guest experience, staffing, training, sales, labor, inventory, product quality and financial performance. This is an active, floor-based leadership role. You will work alongside your team, coach in the moment, and personally step in wherever the business needs you. You will also help host visiting guests, coordinate special events, and represent the brand at its best. 

What You Will Do 

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach and develop a team that grows significantly for the region's peak season. 
• Lead from the sales floor and model excellent guest service, product knowledge and suggestive selling. 
• Manage daily operations including cash controls, ordering, inventory, scheduling, merchandising and reporting. 
• Personally participate in hands-on store operations alongside the team. 
• Plan and staff for significant seasonal, holiday and special-event volume. 
• Build relationships within the local community and represent the brand professionally. 
• Maintain sanitation and quality standards, including any required certifications for the role. 
• Communicate results, concerns and recommendations to senior leadership. 

What We're Looking For 

• Leadership or management experience in retail, hospitality or a related environment. 
• Comfort in a hands-on, fast-paced operational environment. 
• A proven ability to train, coach, motivate and hold a team accountable. 
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills. 
• An outgoing personality and the ability to build rapport quickly. 
• Comfort with point-of-sale and standard business systems. 
• Availability based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, holidays and seasonal peaks, with two closing shifts per week expected. 
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work near production and refrigeration equipment.
