What you'll do

• Assess resident health and update care plans based on ongoing observation
• Administer medications and treatments in line with each resident's plan of care
• Manage resident transitions, including admissions, room changes, and discharges
• Keep accurate, current clinical and medication records
• Join care conferences and help shape individualized resident plans
• Work alongside residents, families, and the care team to support day to day comfort and quality of life

What you'll need

Required:

• Active RN license in New Jersey
• CPR certification
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Able to receive a flu vaccination (medical and religious exemptions available)

Preferred:

• 1+ years of nursing experience, ideally in long-term care
