Job Description

Product Designer (Enterprise SaaS & AI) 5447

Location: Peachtree Corners, GA (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time, direct hire, W2 only. No sponsorship available.

We're looking for a Product Designer who has successfully designed and shipped enterprise software used in real operational environments. This role is focused on modernizing complex business workflows through thoughtful UX, strong product thinking, and practical application of AI tools.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

  • Experience designing and shipping enterprise SaaS products, including ERP, logistics, field service, operations, fintech, CRM, admin platforms, or other back-office systems.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing complex workflows such as:
    • Data-heavy tables and dashboards
    • Complex forms
    • Approval workflows
    • Role-based permissions
    • Audit and operational processes
  • Advanced Figma skills, including components, variants, responsive design, prototyping, and developer handoff.
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering teams from concept through production.
  • Ability to clearly explain the business problem, constraints, design decisions, and final outcomes behind shipped work.

AI & Modern Product Design

  • Demonstrated use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, Figma Make, v0, Bolt, or similar throughout the design process.
  • Ability to show actual examples of AI-assisted research, prototyping, workflow exploration, or design iteration.
  • Passion for rethinking workflows rather than simply redesigning screens.

Strongly Preferred

  • Ownership or significant contribution to a design system used by a production engineering team.
  • Experience with design tokens, component libraries, and scalable design practices.
  • Experience designing AI-powered, conversational, recommendation-driven, or context-aware experiences.
  • Familiarity with enterprise environments involving logistics, operations, construction, field service, or workflow management.

What Will Make You Stand Out

We're less interested in visual polish and more interested in how you solve problems. Strong candidates will be able to demonstrate examples where they:

  • Simplified a complex operational workflow.
  • Challenged an existing process and delivered a better solution.
  • Used AI to materially improve the speed or quality of their work.
  • Drove measurable improvements through iteration and user feedback.
  • Balanced business requirements, technical constraints, and user needs.

Interview Expectations

Candidates should be prepared to walk through a complex workflow they designed end-to-end, including:

  • The problem being solved
  • User and business constraints
  • Design process and tradeoffs
  • Engineering collaboration
  • What was ultimately shipped
  • Impact and outcomes

This is an opportunity to play a significant role in shaping modern enterprise products, combining strong UX fundamentals, product thinking, and AI-enabled design practices to transform complex business processes into intuitive user experiences.
