Job Description:
Seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator/Mental Health Therapist to provide comprehensive behavioral health care in an acute psychiatric setting. Responsibilities include patient assessments, individual and family therapy, group sessions, care coordination, and effective management of an assigned patient caseload.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work
- Active Illinois LCSW/LSW/LPC license or license in process
- BLS (AHA) required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with individual and group therapy preferred
