About who needs care: He is a dual below the knee amputee with diabetes and a heart condition. Does not take meds unless reminded or given to him. About the care needs: Was hospitalized for the flu. Recovering slowly. Is weak and requiring help with bathroom and fixing meals Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
