Home Health Aide Needed

About who needs care: My brother was in a car accident is now a quadriplegic he is bad bound and wheelchair bound he is fully mentally there but sometimes it's a little bit difficult with just two people and no brakes. Also sometimes me and my fiance go out on trips and I would like an extra hand to be there for him when we're out. About the care needs: Someone who was patient and speak Spanish and English and is positive caring and sympathetic. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
