Nanny Needed For My Children - Full-time / Part-time

I have a 2. 5yr old daughter who I am considering finding care for during some of my work hours and possible other hours. I work from home and I hate that I can't always give her the attention she needs while I am working. She is a very rambunctious toddler who loves her current babysitter (the TV) but I'd like her to have other things to do during the day. Maybe to play outside, etc.
