Nanny Needed For My Children

I live with my parents who also work all day, my husband works in hvac so he leaves by 7 everyday. We are looking for someone to come to our house, we do have two big dogs and two cats. I work as a lead at Dutch and need to be there 10-15 minutes before the hour, with that my schedule can change/ very on when I work these days but will have a two week notice. Hours may also very on when you get to leave, my husband willl sometimes come home early or grandpa will take over ! We do pay for the whole time.
