Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a great babysitter for 2 children (11 & 9) in northern Colorado Springs. We do not need care every week, but when we need care it will be 4-5 evenings in that week. We prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and homework help (one child is dyslexic). We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car and can drive to activities as needed, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with cats and who is CPR certified. We do not expect you to prepare activities, but if you choose to, our kids love being outside, arts and crafts, and playing games.
