Were looking for a caring, engaged mothers helper for our son, whos about to turn one. The main focus is spending quality time with him: playing, trips to the park or library, and fun age-appropriate activities to keep his days full and stimulating. When he naps, wed love help with some light housework. This is a part-time role, 20 to 30 hours a week. Were flexible on the schedule and happy to build it around what works for you, but wed ideally like to settle on a consistent set schedule once we figure out the right fit.
