Childcare Needed

Older 2 kids are fairly capable, I mostly need help like a mothers helper type person. Oldest is epileptic, but mostly capable, looking for a personal caretaker for her (must be thru the state, let me know if this is something you are able to do as well) wanting to establish care and relationship for date nights, respite, someone we can trust to be able to properly care for all 3 kids if needed. Kids love arts and crafts, playing pretend, walking to the local park (sometimes walking the dogs too, but not required! Very friendly huskies. Our girl is neurotic and our male is an attention hound can be kept outside if needed)
