Healthcare Recruiter

Position Type:

• Contract
• Remote - Local to Downers Grove, IL

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
• 1 year of experience in recruiting or human resources
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruiting CRMs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools

Preferences:

• Healthcare experience and/or RPO experience

Certifications:

• Talent Acquisition certification through HCI, NAHCR, or RACR
• HR Certification through HCI or SHRM (SHRM-CP)
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR)

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to develop staffing needs, build candidate pipelines, and attract talent
• Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including recruitment strategies, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs based on attrition rates, business plans, and retirements
• Develop strategies to maintain vacancies at specified levels and ensure new programs are staffed for openings
• Screen and interview candidates using behavioral techniques and credentials assessments
• Prepare and extend job offers, manage counter-offers, and oversee incentives
• Maintain accurate records of candidate progress within the ATS
• Develop and maintain knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate policies
