Paralegal Legal Assistant

Center City Philadelphia personal injury law firm looking for a full-time paralegal. Experience a plus, but not required. Participation in paralegal or legal course of study preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to: New case intake interviews, opening and handling files from pre-litigation stage through settlement demand phase, daily client interaction, summarizing medical records, setting up insurance claims, monitoring client medical treatment status, preparing insurance settlement demand letters, etc.
