Room and Board (RRB)

• Maintain a clean, safe, and home-like environment in accordance with licensing standards

• Assist members with personal care (e.g., hygiene, dressing, toileting) as needed

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to individual dietary needs and posted menus

• Perform housekeeping tasks (e.g., laundry, sweeping, bathroom sanitation)

• Support with medication reminders and health-related appointments under supervision

• Maintain compliance with agency fire drills, emergency procedures, and infection control

• Accurately complete daily documentation, shift notes, and communication logs

Habilitation (HAB)

• Implement member-specific Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and behavior strategies

• Support members in developing ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and social/recreational skills

• Encourage community integration through outings and skill-building opportunities

• Use teachable moments to reinforce independence, communication, and coping skills

• Participate in ISP meetings, staff trainings, and team communication

• Monitor, document, and report progress, incidents, and changes in behavior
