About the Role:
KARS AGENCY INC is looking for a motivated and driven Licensed P&C Sales Professional to join our growing team in Wilmington, DE. This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful client relationships while helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most. If you're passionate about insurance sales and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you! Ability to earn a six-figure income.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and outbound sales efforts
- Consult with clients to assess their property and casualty insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Quote, bind, and process P&C insurance policies accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and grow an existing book of business through strong client relationship management
- Follow up on leads, renewals, and policy changes to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and performance goals
Requirements:
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license preferred, or willing to obtain
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related financial services role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with insurance agency management systems and CRM tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Must be located in or able to commute to Wilmington, DE
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM
No Weekends unless by customer appointment
