Dealer Customer Support and Operations Coordinator/SAP/MSoffice

1st shift position, 8 am to 5 pm (possible overtime).

44120 24-26.00 AN HOUR W2 CONTRACT 09/21/2026 to 09/20/2027
The Customer Support and Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support by managing customer and dealer inquiries, processing transactions and maintaining workflow accuracy within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and SAP systems. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive follow-up, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service and supporting departmental objectives.
Primary Responsibilities

Monitor and manage the department’s ExpertConnect queue, which houses inbound emails and voicemails. Assign tickets to the appropriate team members and resolve assigned tickets while maintaining a 24-hour or next business day response time.
Process tax corrections accurately and timely.
Communicate with dealers and customers via phone and email to resolve inquiries and provide updates.
Retrieve and distribute unassigned purchase orders to dealers using CRM, while tracking progress and conducting necessary follow-up.
Support auditors and accounting teams with tasks such as invoice cancellations, proforma invoices, tax corrections, customer master creation in SAP and quote processing.
Assign quotes to contracts within CRM.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned transactions and requests.
Required Skills
