The General Labor role focuses on the efficient handling of warehouse operations including picking, packing, labeling, loading, and unloading. This position is key to fulfilling customer orders by ensuring items are accurately selected, securely packed, and properly labeled for shipment. Team members work collaboratively within a large team to maintain high standards of quality control and inventory accuracy under the guidance of the Warehouse Manager and Team Lead.

Responsibilities

• Pick items accurately from inventory to fulfill customer orders
• Pack items securely, ensuring protection during shipment
• Label packages clearly and correctly for tracking and delivery
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Inspect products for damage or defects to maintain quality control
• Use scanning devices to track and log inventory movement
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support order fulfillment processes
