Job Title: Pricing Business Analyst
Location: Plano, TX, 75023
Duration: 12 months Contract
Pay Scale: $42/hr

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed quotations using templates and pricing structures
- Analyze customer requirements and specifications to determine products and pricing
- Collaborate with sales teams to gather necessary information for Quote preparation
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, macros) to perform complex calculations and analyze data
- Create and update opportunities, products, price books, and quotes within Salesforce
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all quoted materials
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding quote status updates
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Excel at an expert level; proficiency in VBA programming preferred but not mandatory
- Strong understanding of Salesforce features, including opportunity management, product catalogs, and quote generation tools
- Excellent analytical abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs
- Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing
Skills & Tools Required:
- Advanced Excel Skills: Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Macros/VBA scripting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)
- Time management capabilities
