Job Description

The Data & Technology Coordinator supports the company’s technology, data, automation, and digital initiatives with a focus on improving efficiency and helping the organization scale. This role works across departments and franchise locations to build practical solutions, connect systems, improve reporting, and support the technology behind our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Data, Automation & AI

  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards, performance tools, and internal resources that provide actionable business insights.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation, AI, APIs, Zapier, custom integrations, and other technology solutions.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of AI-powered tools across company operations.
  • Connect systems and improve data flow to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.

Systems & Technology

  • Support and maintain business-critical software, integrations, and technology infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and assist with the implementation of new software and technology.
  • Maintain appropriate system access, permissions, data integrity, and security practices.
  • Evaluate new technology and recommend solutions based on evolving business needs.

Franchise & Digital Support

  • Support technology setup and onboarding for new franchise locations and territories.
  • Assist with Google Local Services Ads (LSA) setup and ongoing support for new and existing franchisees.
  • Build and maintain territory landing pages while following company standards for branding, SEO, and schema.
  • Support system integrations, lead sources, reporting, and other technology needs associated with franchise growth.

Who Thrives in This Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a startup-style environment where things move quickly, priorities evolve, and there is often an opportunity to build a better solution rather than simply follow an existing process.

You should be naturally curious, resourceful, comfortable learning new technology, and willing to take an idea from “Can we do this?” to “Here’s how we can make it work.”

The right person does not need to know every system or technology on day one, but should be comfortable researching, experimenting, troubleshooting, and continuously learning as the company grows.

Core Strengths

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, technical curiosity, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership, franchisees, vendors, and internal teams.
