Production Worker

Spherion Staffing is hiring Production Workers for a large scale production plant in Olney, TX! Work schedule is Monday-Friday day or night shifts 5-5, with mandatory Saturdays when scheduled. This a 60 hour work week, with day shift starting at $12.00/hr and night shift starting at $13.00/hr.
*A bus runs to and from Wichita Falls and the plant Monday-Friday, but candidates must have reliable transportation to get to work if they miss the scheduled bus times or the bus in not running due to maintenance issues.

Responsibilities:
Stacking metal
Assisting saw operators cut metal
Counting hardware, looking for QC issues.
Pack finished metal to be shipped to the customer according to the customers needs.

Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing preferred
This is a fast pace, labor intensive job in a production environment. You will required to be on your feet in steel toes for the duration of the 12 hour shift.

Attention to safety
Lift/ move 50 lbs consistently
Must be able to work as a team with a partner

Must be willing to work Saturdays
