*This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days/week onsite.

Description:

• Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and enhance scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform.  
• The role emphasizes secure API integrations, custom development, intuitive user experiences, and IT Service Management ITSM with additional ServiceNow domain and artificial intelligence experience valued.
   

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements
• Build secure reliable integrations using REST SOAP webhooks IntegrationHub MID Server and related technologies
• Develop scripted REST APIs business rules script includes client scripts UI policies and Flow Designer workflows
• Configure and extend ITSM capabilities including Incident Problem Change Request Knowledge Service Catalog and CMDB
• Create intuitive accessible experiences across Employee Center Service Portal workspaces forms catalogs and mobile
• Partner with stakeholders product owners architects and support teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot complex platform integration data and performance issues
• Apply development standards security controls automated testing code review source control and release-management practices
• Develop reusable components and documentation support upgrades and releases and evaluate AI and automation opportunities

Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

• ServiceNow development and configuration, Required 4 Years
• JavaScript and ServiceNow client-side and server-side scripting, Required 3 Years
• API integration design, security, and troubleshooting, Required 2 Years
• REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, authentication, logging, and monitoring, Required 2 Years
• ServiceNow ITSM processes and modules, Required 2 Years
• Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, ACLs, and automated testing, Required 2 Years
• ServiceNow data models, tables, reference relationships, and CMDB, Required 2 Years
• User-centered solution design, accessibility, security, and maintainability, Required 2 Years
• Testing, code review, source control, and release-management practices, Required 2 Years
• Analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills, Required 3 Years
• Collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders, Required 3 Years
• Employee Center, Service Portal, UI Builder, and configurable workspaces, Required 2 Years
• ServiceNow AI: Now Assist, generative AI, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, or AI Search, Required 2 Years
• Enterprise integrations; accessibility; CSA/CAD/CIS-ITSM/ITIL certification, Required 2 Years
• Other ServiceNow domains: ITOM, CSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, or App Engine, Desired 2 Years
• Automated deployment pipelines, Agile delivery, and DevOps practices, Desired 2 Years
