Sales Representative (Warm Leads) — Call Center
Position Summary
We’re hiring an Inbound Sales Representative to handle warm inbound calls only—no cold calling. You’ll speak with customers who have already expressed interest, identify their needs, and close sales over the phone. This role averages ~100 inbound calls per week and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-based sales environment.
What You’ll Do

• Answer and manage inbound calls from warm leads (approximately 100 calls/week)
• Build quick rapport, ask discovery questions, and recommend the right solution
• Close sales over the phone and accurately document outcomes in the system
• Follow call flow/sales scripts while keeping conversations natural and customer-focused
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets (conversion rate, revenue, quality metrics)
• Maintain compliance with company policies and any applicable call/consumer regulations
• Collaborate with team leads and participate in coaching to continuously improve performance

What We’re Looking For

• Proven ability to close sales by phone (inbound call center sales preferred)
• Strong communication skills—confident, professional, and persuasive
• Comfortable handling a high call volume and staying organized throughout the day
• Reliable, coachable, and motivated by performance-based earnings
• Basic computer skills and ability to work within CRM/phone systems

Compensation

• Hourly pay during training
• After training: commission-based compensation program
• Expected total earnings: $70,000–$110,000/year (based on performance)
