As an Outbound Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily picking/shipping operations within our dynamic multi-client 3PL distribution environment. You will lead and develop a team dedicated to achieving exceptional performance, ensuring orders are shipped accurately, safely, and on time while meeting the unique requirements of multiple customers.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and motivate outbound warehouse associates to achieve daily productivity and quality goals.
• Oversee order fulfillment, picking, packing, shipping, and load planning activities.
• Ensure customer service expectations and service level agreements are consistently met.
• Monitor labor utilization, workflow, and operational performance to maximize efficiency.
• Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve productivity, quality, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Inventory, Inbound, Transportation, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Train, mentor, and develop employees while fostering a positive and engaged work environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environment.
• Experience managing operations within a multi-client facility.
• Strong knowledge of outbound shipping processes and warehouse best practices.
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• HighJump/Körber WMS experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven operation.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
