Auto Body Estimator

Bay Custom Auto is hiring a Collision Repair Estimator for a busy shop in Newport News. Experienced candidates preferred but we would train the right person that has experience in a body shop, auto service center, or customer service. Must be personable, dependable, & have a great desire to learn the process of collision repairs.

Some of the job duties would include but are not limited to:

• Writing Estimates
• Selling & closing estimates
• Addressing customer concerns
• Damage Analysis
• Clerical work
• Quality Control
