What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care including evaluations, diagnostics, and treatment management
• Admit and coordinate patient care across various settings
• Conduct history and physical examinations
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, imaging, and ECGs
• Administer medications within scope of practice
• Discuss end-of-life and advanced care planning with patients
• Consult with specialists as needed
• Ensure timely discharge planning with appropriate follow-up
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality patient-centered care

What You Need

• Active and unrestricted Minnesota MD license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• DEA registration
• ACLS & BLS certifications
• At least 1 year of experience in primary care
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
