Automotive Sales Consultant

We’re looking for motivated, people-focused Sales Associates to join our growing dealership team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping customers, building relationships, and growing their career in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist customers in the showroom and on adjacent vehicle lots, creating a welcoming and informative buying experience
• Drive new business by prospecting for customers through phone calls, emails, social media, and other outreach methods
• Identify customer wants, needs, and buying signals using our proven training program
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and fellow team members
• Represent the dealership with professionalism and a positive attitude every day
• Participate in company promotional photos and videos as needed
• Candidates must be able to work Saturdays
