Accounting Clerk

Security company seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting skill set.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable.
• Ensure monthly service invoices are processed and sent correctly and promptly.
• Post payments to accounts and research discrepancies.
• Invoice for labor, materials and extras as needed.
• Verify vendor invoices; apply to jobs and process for payment.
• Assist with month end and quarter end reporting.
• Help with special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role
• Strong understanding of account analysis and credit analysis.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of financial services and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
