Account Manager - Inside Sales

Position Overview

We’re looking for an energetic Account Manager- Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the dealers you serve helping them with a wide range of products. You’ll manage inbound calls, emails, and customer requests, follow up on quotes, and provide product recommendations that keep our dealers coming back.

What You’ll Do

• Handle outbound/inbound customer calls, emails, and web inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Generate quotes, process orders, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers, seek out and identify new opportunities for growth and build relationships with new customers .
• Coordinate with the operations and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery and service.
• Track sales activity and follow-up notes using our CRM system.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to handle multiple requests at once.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (experience with CRM tools is a plus).
• A self-starter who takes ownership and enjoys working with a team.
