Customer Service (phone) & Tech Support - (HVAC/Pool industry)

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our team in delivering exceptional phone support for our swimming pool heat pump services.
Key Qualifications:
Strong computer skills
Familiarity with QuickBooks
HVAC and/or plumbing knowledge is a plus
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Problem-solving abilities
Bilingual (Spanish preferred)

Job Details:
Full-time position (32-40 hours/week)

Part-time possible
Monday to Friday schedule
