Job Title: General labourer

Location: 1416 Williamsburg County Highway, Kingstree SC 29556

Duration: 09 months
Shift: 1st M-F – 7:30am - 4pm 

**Pay Rate: $18.00/hr on w2 with Select Source International**

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Required.

Top 3 Skills/Requirements: lawncare, pressure washing , general light maintenance, Painting experience/skills

Key Responsibilities:
1. Painting:
o Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and priming as necessary.
o Apply paint to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
o Follow safety protocols and proper techniques to ensure an even and durable finish.
o Ensure all painted areas are clean, neat, and free of debris, spills, or imperfections.
2. Cleaning:
o Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting to maintain a clean and safe environment.
o Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, and workspaces as needed.
o Remove trash and recycling materials from work areas and dispose of them in designated locations.
o Ensure that cleaning supplies and tools are stored safely and replenished as necessary.
3. Pressure Washing:
o Operate pressure washing equipment to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, driveways, and other outdoor surfaces.
o Ensure that surfaces are prepared properly before pressure washing to avoid damage.
o Perform maintenance and safety checks on pressure washing equipment before use.
o Use appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques to remove dirt, stains, mold, and grime.
4. General Maintenance Support:
o Assist the maintenance team with minor repairs and tasks as needed.
o Report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
o Work collaboratively with other team members to complete assigned tasks on time.
