Quality Inspector

Employment Solutions is hiring a Quality Inspector for our client in South Windsor, CT. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quality professional with an aerospace background.

Location: South Windsor, CT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $20+/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections on aerospace components
• Visually inspect coated and painted parts
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Verify parts meet quality, customer, and regulatory requirements
• Complete inspection reports and quality documentation
• Communicate quality concerns with internal teams and customers
• Assist in the Masking Department as needed

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of quality inspection experience in the aerospace or aviation industry (required)
• Knowledge of FAA, Nadcap, and/or Military standards preferred
• Experience using measuring and inspection equipment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and overtime, including evenings or weekends, as needed
• COVID-19 vaccination preferred
