Maintenance Supervisor

The Kamson Corporation, a Top-tier National Property Management Company is seeking a seasoned, highly motivated and customer service driven Maintenance Supervisor for our apartment community located in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Requirements:

1. 24/7 availability for emergencies
2. Independent leader/manager
3. Strong communication
4. Experienced with training

6. Customer service skills
7. Team player mentality
8. Must be Bilingual
9. Must have Universal HVAC Certification 

Responsibilities:

1. Turning apartments
2. Organizing/prioritizing maintenance tasks including work orders and repairs.
3. Supervising/participating in all aspects of the preventative maintenance programs, as well as the rotating on-call emergency request function
