Description
American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Tech with CT for a 13-week days contract, requiring ARRT registration, CT certification, and 2+ years of experience.
Details
- Hospital-based Diagnostic Imaging setting
- Performs Radiology and CT exams
- 40 hours per week, day shift
- 13-week assignment
- Call requirement of one night per week plus every 5th weekend
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required
- Graduate of an AMA accredited Radiologic Technology program
- ARRT registration required
- CT certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Current Montana state license required, if applicable
Additional Information
- Prepare patients for scans, explaining procedures and addressing concerns
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
- Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment
- Collaborate with radiologist on patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure
