Job Summary:
The healthcare professional specializing in Cardiac Cath Lab technology will support invasive cardiac procedures in a clinical setting. This role involves working with advanced imaging and procedural equipment, ensuring patient safety, and adhering to established clinical protocols. The position is located in an environment requiring a minimum of two years experience in invasive cardiac catheterization, with certification or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) accreditation preferred, and Epic electronic medical record system experience is mandatory.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, start time at 9:00 AM, with on-call responsibilities. Seven shifts per month, with minor holidays required. All time off must be presented at the time of submission.
  • Required Qualifications: Minimum two years experience in invasive cardiac catheterization laboratory, completion of an accredited Registered Cardiovascular Program with certification or RCIS equivalent, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred, Epic electronic health record experience required. Covid and Flu vaccines are required or a medical/religious declination is accepted.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with invasive cardiac cath lab procedures, proficiency in electronic medical records, and flexibility to work holidays as required.
  • Additional Information: All time off must be presented at the time of submission. Must work two of the three holidays. All clinical duties should be performed adhering to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and organizational safety protocols. IVS (Travel verification system) review and manager approval are necessary prior to placement.
