- Required Certifications: ARRT (Cannot take RCIS); BLS
- Common Cases: Endovascular (IR) and Vascular
- Experience or 'Must have' skills: At least 2 years of experience with Vascular/Endovascular; Prefers IR experience but not required. Must have experience with GE
- Scrubbing required - Yes; Scrub, pass supplied, set up and take down of procedure room
- Is there a Charge Nurse &/or House Supervisor on each shift?:  Yes
- OR techs?:  Yes
- EMR: EPIC
- Shifts & Scheduling:  TBD   Will be discussed in interview (post at 36GH)
- Weeknight call: 1-2 nights during the week.
- Weekend/Call Requirements:  Sat/Sun Call 7a Sat to 7a Monday; every 3rd weekend
- Holiday/Call Requirements: Holiday call rotation
- What is call response time?: 30 minutes.
- Floating Requirements: Yes, would float within like units, help with Surg Tech as well
- Scrub Color/Dress Code: Hospital provided scrubs.
- Unit/Department specific orientation: Will scrub with a hospital surgical tech for a week.
Cancellation Policy:Client may cancel up to 12 hours every 13 weeks
