Medical Technologist (MT) Job Overview
A Medical Technologist is needed for a 13-week assignment, offering a guaranteed 36 hours per week. This position requires the ability to work days and may require holiday coverage.
Responsibilities- Conduct laboratory tests and analyses to provide accurate diagnostic results.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with laboratory standards and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results and provide relevant information.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues.
- Document and report findings in a timely manner.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Technologist.
- Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) is required.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This position is scheduled for day shifts, with a requirement to be flexible for holiday coverage as needed.
